Komodo Shore Excursion

Komodo Shore Excursion was designed for cruise ship passengers who want to visit Komodo National Park. We provide a private tour by  a fast boat to see the Komodo dragon and some beautiful destinations around it. We have experience in handling cruise ships shore excursions in Komodo National Park. Some of them are Holland America Line, Seven Seas, celebrity x cruise, oceania cruise and many more. 

We have two types of Itinerary for these Komodo Shore excursions. The details can be checked  as follows.

Itinerary 1

Komodo Island Jetty – See the Dragon on the Island – Padar Island – Pink Beach – Komodo Island Jetty

This first itinerary required us to start the tour earlier around 07:00 Am in the morning, because Padar Island entrance closed at 10:00 Am and reopened at 16:00 Am local time. These regulations were made by National Park authority to protect the visitors from heat and dehydration. 

Early in the morning, our team will meet you at the Komodo jetty and lead you to see the Komodo Dragon on their habitants. During this visit, you will be accompanied by a local ranger to make you safe during the visits. It will take around 1,5 hours to visit the Island and after that, we will sail to Padar Island by a fast boat. 

On this Island, you will hike to reach the main viewpoint of the Island, and it will need fit and strong physical condition. Upon arrival on the top, all your effort will be paid, by the beauty of the landscape around the Island. Padar is a favorite place to visit in Komodo National Park, besides Komodo dragon itself. 

From Padar Island the tour will continue to Pink beach. In this place, you can swim, snorkeling or just lay down on the beauty of pink colored sand. There are some local warung where you can get some cold drinks like coca cola or beers. 

After spending time here, you will sail back to Komodo  jetty and our service is finished. 

Itinerary 2

Komodo Island Jetty – See the Dragon on the Island – Komodo village – Pink Beach – Komodo Island Jetty 

This second itinerary is a popular option for Komodo shore excursions because all the destinations are near each other. Upon your arrival in Komodo port, our team will wait for you in the jetty of Komodo Island by holding the sign of your name on their hand. After the meet and greet, they will lead you to Loh liang, a place to see the dragon. During your visit, the local ranger will accompany you around to make sure of your safety during the tour. 

After seeing the komodo dragon in Loh liang, the tour will continue to Komodo village by a fast boat. In this village, you will see closely how local real life and how they live in peace with the dragon. This village tour normally takes about one hour to explore, and after that you will sail to Pink beach as a last destination on this itinerary 2 of Komodo Shore Excursion. 

On the pink beach you can spend some time swimming, snorkeling or just playing around the beautiful pink sandy beach.  After spending time here, you have to sail back to Komodo Jetty and our service will finish there.
